• Where is the store based?

  Singapore, Singapore

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  International orders are generally accepted. All orders will be shipped from Singapore.

  For US-based orders:
  In light of the recent developments in the US import regulations, please take note of the following:
  - All orders shipped to the US will be subject to a fixed fee of SGD $29 (USD $22.50), as long as the weight of your order does not exceed 0.5kg.
  - For orders that weigh between 0.5kg to 2kg, please note that the shipping fee will be increased to SGD $69 (USD $54). You may be contacted by me via email should this be the case.
  - Due to several packaging limitations, all A4 / A3 print orders from the US will not be accepted for the time being. Smaller items such as acrylic charms and prints, however, are unaffected.

  Should there be any issues with your order, I will be contacting you via email.
  Please ensure that the email used in your order is one that you check often when checking out!

  In 2019, Germany’s Packaging Act VerpackG came into effect, imposing requirements on online retailers selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes, tape, and bubble wrap).

  As consumers, please ensure that all received packaging is properly disposed of in the right recycling containers; blue for all paper & cardboard, and yellow for all plastics.

• How will my order be mailed out?

  All orders will usually be mailed out via SingPost Registered Air Mail.

  With the exception of local shipments (Singapore), all international shipments will be tracked.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  Due to the pandemic, the actual shipping period may be delayed.

If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
