• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  International orders are generally accepted.

  However, should there be any shipping problems, I will be contacting you via email! (Please ensure that the email used is one that you check often while placing your order!)

• How will my order be mailed out?

  All orders will usually be mailed out via SingPost Registered Air Mail.

  With the exception of local shipments (Singapore), all international shipments will be tracked.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
